In IEO Engine gate terminology, a classified adversary operator routed to the mirror maze. FOE classification is triggered by IP prefix matching (known adversary infrastructure), user agent pattern matching (commercial intelligence platforms), or behavioral signals (high-velocity page harvesting, WordPress probe sequences).
